Customer reviews
Every review here is from a customer's real order. We also have reviews on our Etsy shop from earlier years.
No reviews here yet. After we send each order, we ask the customer to review it, so they'll appear here soon.
Our review policy
- Only customers can review: after we've sent an order, we email the customer a personal link to review it. Every review here is from a real order.
- We publish every genuine review, whatever its star rating.
- We only turn a review down if contains abusive or offensive language; or contains personal details, such as an address, a phone number or someone else's name; or isn't about the order or our products; or contains advertising, links or spam. We tell the customer why, and they can change it.
- We never pay for reviews or offer anything in return for one, and we don't write reviews ourselves.
- We may reply to a review in public.
- Customers can change or delete their review at any time using the same link.
- Reviews from our Etsy shop are labelled as Etsy reviews and link to Etsy.
