Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before your wreath has been sent, and we'll refund you in full. Email dalyfinnegan6@gmail.com with your order reference.

Once your wreath has been sent, the order can't be cancelled. Our wreaths are made from freshly cut greenery, which deteriorates quickly, so the usual 14-day legal right to cancel an online order doesn't apply to them.

Even though you don't have a legal right to cancel once your wreath has been sent, we'll still take it back on these terms:

• Email dalyfinnegan6@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference, and wait for us to agree before you post it back.
• You pay the cost of posting it back to us.
• It needs to reach us in good condition. If it comes back damaged, we can't give a refund.
• We refund the price you paid for each wreath you return, minus £11.50 per wreath towards the cost of posting it to you. For orders to the Republic of Ireland, the £5.00 per wreath delivery charge isn't refunded either.

This doesn't apply to a wreath that arrives damaged, goes missing, or arrives late. Those are covered below, with nothing deducted for postage.

Please email dalyfinnegan6@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery, with your order reference and photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. You don't need to send the wreath back.

If your wreath hasn't arrived when expected, email dalyfinnegan6@gmail.com with your order reference and we'll chase it with the courier. If it's lost in the post, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Every wreath is made to order, so when it arrives depends on when you order. Once your wreath has been sent, Parcelforce usually delivers within 2 working days in the UK, and 1-2 working days in the Republic of Ireland. There's no delivery on weekends, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.

UK delivery, including Northern Ireland, is included in the price. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland is £5.00 per wreath, added at checkout. If we end up delivering your order ourselves rather than posting it, we'll refund that charge.

If you need your wreath by a certain day, choose a “Needed by” date at checkout. The earliest you can choose is 3 days after you order.

If your wreath arrives late because of a delay on our side:

• If you chose a “Needed by” date and it arrives more than a week after that date, we'll refund you in full. If it arrives late but within that week, you can ask us for a partial refund.
• If you didn't choose a date and it arrives after Christmas Day, we'll refund you in full.

We issue refunds within 3 days of agreeing them, back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show the money in your account.
